Wicker Park, Chicago – complete renovation of a historic, mixed-use building with a classic industrial facade. The build-out included a newly constructed restaurant with a full kitchen, traditional Russian and Turkish-style saunas, steam rooms and relaxation areas as well as 5 residential apartments on the second floor.
